Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 if you buy online your consumer rights
entitle you to a full refund (including the original delivery charge) if you request one
in writing by email within 14 calendar days from placing the order.
To return any unwanted order contact us at email@example.com or call us on Call us on 03333059949 and send the
goods back to us in their original condition. You are responsible for the costs of
packaging and carriage (with proof of sending).
Once the goods are received by us and checked for their condition, we will process
a refund which will be credited to the account that you originally paid from. The
refund will arrive back in your account within 5-10 working days.
If your order should be damaged when you receive it, then you are entitled to refuse
the delivery. Please inform the courier and they will arrange for the package to be
returned to us. We will then give you a refund.
If your order turns out to be faulty then please contact us at the email address
above within 14 calendar days of delivery to obtain a refund or a replacement. You
may be required to send us photos that clearly show the fault.
